We delve into David's life growing up dreaming of adventure and finding it in the US Army and as a member of the National Guard. David also served for years as a local first responder in his police and firefighter roles. Years after his combat tour of duty in Iraq, David was ultimately diagnosed with PTSD after suffering negative impacts on his work and family life.
